JOIN

Membership in Civil Air Patrol is a great way to serve your community and nation.  It is a serious commitment to professional standards and is very rewarding.  We ask that each prospective member visit our squadron at least twice before meeting with the Commander and submitting an application. 

There are three squadron-level membership types to consider:

• Seniors: Active adult members
• Cadets: Active youth members
• Cadet Sponsors: Family member of a cadet who serves as a chaperone and helps provide adult supervision

SQUADRON MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

CADETS:

1. Be 12-18 years old
2. $26.00 per year (initial check payable to Civil Air Patrol, renewals may be paid online)
3. Application form signed by Squadron Commander

SENIORS:

1. Be at least 18 years old
2. $66.00 per year (initial check payable to Civil Air Patrol, renewals may be paid online)
3. Fingerprint card and background check (need two sets. We can fingerprint you if you give us notice).
4. Application form signed by Squadron Commander
